Anchored in Tradition: My heritage is becoming increasingly more precious to me. Family traditions, southern recipes and the art of “homemaking” have been passed from generation to generation.
Striving for Excellence: I am finding that the pursuit of excellence is vital, regardless of your circumstances. The joys and trials that have entered my life, have been sifted through God’s hands. Proverbs 21:21 inspires me…“He who pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor.”
Passionate about Jesus!: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” Deuteronomy 6:4 says it all…..

Ivy blends her background as an Education Specialist in elementary education with her hands-on experience of being a mother of four children to share with others time-tested strategies of managing a busy family. Ivy is the author of the 2010 Family Organizer which won critical acclaim by the Character Coalition, Inc. Ivy’s Personal Note
In the last twenty years, there have been many seasons for me. As a widow, these circumstances have enabled me to boldly proclaim the Lord’s protection and provision.

for the Lord upholds him with his hand.” Psalm 37: 23-24
